"Family Owned and Operated and you can tell! This company cares about their customers. Our A/C went out on a Friday evening. I called and left a VM and my call was promptly returned by the owner. She immediately scheduled a service call for first thing Saturday morning. The service call fee was considerably cheaper than the majority of most companies. The technician was prompt and professional and most importantly knowledgeable. Luckily our issue was covered under warranty but I will use Cool Change for all my HVAC needs."
